Season Parking Guide

Everything you need to purchase and manage your 2026 Steelers season parking pass.

Did you purchase a Steelers season parking pass in 2025?

🆕 Getting Started as a New Customer

📧 Your access code has been emailed to you

Once ALCO confirmed your spot, JustPark sent you an email with your personal access code(s). Check your email (including spam/junk folder) for this message — you'll need the code to complete your purchase.

â„šī¸ About your access code
Your code uses only letters A–Z and numbers 3–9 (no 1, 0, l, or O) to avoid confusion. Always copy and paste it from the email — don't type it manually, as similar-looking characters can cause errors.

Step-by-step purchase:

  1. Go to JustPark Steelers Parking
  2. Click the "PACKAGES" tab
  3. Click "I have an access code" and copy and paste your code from the email
  4. Confirm your location, sign up for a JustPark account, and pay for your pass

📖 Full step-by-step buying guide

For detailed instructions with screenshots on signing up, logging in, and payment, see our full guide: How do I buy a Steelers Parking Pass?

đŸšĢ Important: Copy and paste your code
Don't type the code manually. Copy and paste it directly from the email. Typing can cause errors, especially with characters that look similar (1 vs l, 0 vs O).

❓ Don't have a code?

Season parking is managed by ALCO Parking. If you haven't applied yet, or applied but haven't received a code, visit the ALCO website to submit an application for Steelers Season Parking. If spaces are available, ALCO will confirm your spot and JustPark will email you an access code.

Already applied and waiting? Check your spam/junk folder first. Still nothing? Contact ALCO directly at customerservice@alcoparking.com to check your application status.

📋 Renewing Your Season Pass

âš ī¸ Don't accidentally create a second account
If you use a different login method (Google/Apple instead of email, or vice versa) than you used in 2025, you'll create a new account. Your access code won't be linked to this new account, and you won't be able to use it. Always use the same login method.

🔐 Log in to your account

Go to eventpass.justpark.com/login and use the same login method you used for 2025.

Using the same login method means:

  • If you used email + password in 2025 → use email + password again
  • If you used Google in 2025 → use Google again
  • If you used Apple in 2025 → use Apple again

🔑 Forgot your password?

Go to eventpass.justpark.com/forgot-password and follow the instructions. A reset link will be sent to your email.

Not receiving the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it after 5 minutes, the email address on your account may be incorrect — contact ALCO Parking at customerservice@alcoparking.com to verify and update it.

â„šī¸ About your access code
Your code uses only letters A–Z and numbers 3–9 (no 1, 0, l, or O) to avoid confusion. Always copy and paste it from the email — don't type it manually or read it aloud to others, as similar-looking characters can cause errors.

📧 Your access code has been emailed

Check your email (including spam/junk folder) for a message from JustPark containing your personal access code(s). You'll need this code to purchase your 2026 season pass. The purchase deadline is August 13.

Step-by-step purchase:

  1. Go to JustPark Steelers Parking
  2. Click the "PACKAGES" tab
  3. Click "I have an access code" and copy and paste your code from the email
  4. Confirm your location, sign up, and pay for your pass
  5. For additional passes: Return to step 1 and use a different access code
đŸšĢ Important: Copy and paste your code
Don't type the code manually. Copy and paste it directly from the email. Typing can cause errors, especially with characters that look similar (1 vs l, 0 vs O).

❓ Common Issues & Solutions

My access code says "invalid" or "no packages available"
Check 1: Make sure you copied and pasted the code from the email — don't type it manually. Small typos (like confusing 1 and l, or 0 and O) will cause errors.

Check 2: If you already used this code to purchase a pass, it becomes inactive and can't be used again. Each code is single-use.

Check 3: If you see "This lot is sold out," try your next access code (if you have multiple). You likely have other spots reserved.
I see "sold out" on all my codes
Don't panic! This doesn't mean all your parking is gone. Try these steps:
  • Make sure you copied and pasted each code (not typed it)
  • Try all your codes in different order — each code is a different reserved spot
  • Check that you haven't already purchased with that code — once used, it's inactive
If ALL codes are showing sold out and you're sure you've tried them correctly, contact support.
I didn't receive my access code email
First: Check your spam or junk folder. Email filters can catch our messages.

Still missing? Contact ALCO Parking directly at customerservice@alcoparking.com — they manage lot assignments and can verify your email address and resend your code.
I can't log in or verify my account
Step 1: Try resetting your password at eventpass.justpark.com/forgot-password

Step 2: Check your email (including spam/junk) for the reset link. If you still don't see it after 5 minutes, try again.

Step 3: Make sure you're using the same email address and login method as you used in 2025. Don't switch to Google or Apple if you didn't use them before — this creates a separate account.

Step 4: If your email address on the account is wrong or no longer works, contact ALCO Parking at customerservice@alcoparking.com to update it.
I used Google or Apple to sign up but now I can't remember which one
Try logging in at eventpass.justpark.com/login with Google first. If that doesn't work, try Apple. Once you're in, you'll see your account and any existing passes.

Important: Don't create a new account with a different method — this will lock you out of your 2026 code.
I entered my email address wrong when I purchased or signed up
Contact ALCO Parking at customerservice@alcoparking.com with your ALCO account number. They can update your email address so your code is sent to the correct address and you can receive confirmations.
I have multiple codes but only need some of them
That's totally fine! Only use the number of codes you need. If you have 3 codes but only need 2 passes, just use 2 codes. The remaining codes will expire on August 15 and those spots will go to general sale.
I purchased a pass but can't find it or verify my account
Where to look: Use eventpass.justpark.com — NOT the regular JustPark app or website.

You should see your pass:
  • On the confirmation screen after checkout
  • In your email inbox (confirmation email)
  • Under "My Passes" in your EventPass account
If you're still having trouble, try resetting your password.

🔄 Transfers & Changes

How do I transfer my parking pass to someone else?
  1. Log in to eventpass.justpark.com
  2. Select your pass/event
  3. Choose "Transfer" and enter the recipient's email address
Note: Make sure you enter the recipient's email correctly. If it's wrong, they won't receive the pass. Once transferred, they'll need to accept it in their account.
I want to change my lot or buy additional passes
If you have additional access codes, use them to purchase different lots. Use one code per pass.

If you don't have a code for the lot you want, contact ALCO Parking at customerservice@alcoparking.com to see if other options are available.

🏈 Game Day Information

What time do the parking lots open?
ALCO parking lots and garages open 5 hours before kickoff. Carnegie Science Center lots open about 4 hours before kickoff (subject to CSC operations).
What do I need to bring to the lot?
Have your parking pass ready. Show it to staff if prompted. Gate arms may be open — scanning usually isn't needed at exit.
Tailgating rules
  • No tailgating in garages
  • Tailgating in surface lots must stay within your paid space
  • Prohibited items: Glass containers, personal port-a-johns, tents, oversized vehicles (RVs, limos), sale of food/alcohol, solicitation
Why do I only see one game on my pass?
This is normal! Your season pass updates automatically after each game. You'll see one game at a time. After that game ends, your pass updates to show the next home game. You don't need to do anything — the system handles this automatically.
Can I add my pass to my phone wallet?
Your pass can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from the EventPass app or website. If you're having trouble, make sure you're logged in with the correct login method and check your email to confirm the pass was purchased successfully.

💡 Pro tip: The most common issue is using the wrong access code or typing it manually instead of copy-pasting. If you're seeing "sold out" or "invalid code," try copy-pasting a different code first before contacting support!
