Your season parking pass gives you access to all home games at Acrisure Stadium. Below are some important tips to help you manage your pass smoothly.
π Key Things to Know
β Your QR Code Stays the Same All Season*
You will use one QR code for the entire seasonβyou do not need a new code for each game*.
π² Adding Your Pass to Your Phone (Recommended)
- πΉ You can add your season pass to your Apple or Google Wallet for quick and easy access at the stadium.
- πΉ The pass in the wallet updates to the next game automatically - you don't need to add multiple passes
- πΉ If you prefer, you can also show the email confirmation to the parking attendant.
π§ Lost Your Email? No Problem!
- πΉ As the season progresses, it might get harder to find your original email.
- πΉ If you need your pass resent, contact JustPark support, and weβll send it to you again.
βΉοΈ Good to Know
- π You can access your pass via your JustPark account online.
- π« You cannot use the JustPark app with your season pass.
- ποΈ Season passes must be purchased through the Acrisure Stadium parking website.
- π² You can add your pass to your Apple or Google Wallet for quick access on event day.
π Transferring Your Season Pass
ποΈ You Can Transfer Your Pass for a Single Game
- πΉ You can send your pass to someone else if you canβt attend a game.
- πΉ The ownership reverts back to you automatically after that gameβthis means you stay in control of your season pass. The QR Code changes at this point, so two people do not have the same code.
- πΉ You do not need to do anything, this happens automatically.
π« Do Not Transfer and Try to Use Your Pass
- πΉ If you transfer your pass for a game, you will not be able to use it yourself.
- πΉ The parking attendants will see if a duplicate scan is attempted and entry will be denied.
- πΉ Make sure you do not go to the game if you've transferred your pass.
