I can't find my parking pass!

Your pass is safe — it just won't appear in the regular JustPark app. Here's how to find it.

🔍 Step 1 — Check your email

Your pass is sent to the email address used at purchase. Check your inbox and spam/junk folders.

✅ Step 2 — Log in at eventpass.justpark.com

Go to eventpass.justpark.com/login and select My Passes. Make sure you're signed in with the same email used to purchase.

Your pass will not appear in the JustPark app — EventPass is a separate system.

🍎 Did you sign in with Apple or Google?

This is one of the most common reasons passes go missing.

🍎 Apple ID — Apple's "Sign in with Apple" can create a hidden private relay email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com) that you've never seen or used before. Your pass may be linked to this address.

The fix: log in using Sign in with Apple again on the same device — don't try to enter an email address manually.

🔵 Google — If you signed in with Google, your pass is linked to your Gmail address. Try Sign in with Google rather than entering your email manually.

Once you've found your pass, add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick access on match day.
