How can I reset my password?
🔐 How to Reset Your Password
Follow these steps to reset your JustPark password.
- Go to the Password Reset page.
- Enter your email address and click Send reset email.
- You'll see a confirmation (reset link expires in 1 hour):
- Check your inbox for an email from:
- From: support@justpark.com
- Subject: Need to reset your password?
- Open the email and click Reset my password:
- Enter your new password and confirm it:
- After submission, you'll see a success message at the bottom of the page:
- You’ll also receive a confirmation email:
- From: support@justpark.com
- Subject: Your account has been updated
🚧 If It’s Not Working
If you see “Unable to send reset link” when trying to reset your password, your email address is likely not verified.
Step 1 – Check if your email is verified
- Go to Password Reset and enter your email.
- If you see this banner, your email is unverified:
Step 2 – Find your verification email
- From: support@justpark.com
- Subject: You're one step away – please verify your email address
- Check spam/junk — it may be from weeks ago.
Step 3 – If the link is expired
Clicking an old link may show “Verification link is invalid or expired”. Request a new one:
You'll see a confirmation:
Step 4 – Try the reset again
Once verified, return to Password Reset and request the link again (it expires in 1 hour).
⚠️ Common Issues & Fixes
- Email not verified → verify using the email above
- Expired verification link → request a new link from the expired screen
- Didn’t receive emails → check spam/junk; search by sender and subject
- Email typo at sign-up → try again with the correct address
