Tampa Bay Lightning - Season Pass
Introduction
This guide walks you through how to use your access code to book a Tampa Bay Lightning season parking pass at Benchmark International Arena. Your access code was included in the email you received from JustPark.
Your Package
All prices are all-inclusive — no additional fees at checkout.
About the Pam Iorio Garage Packages
As part of our parking program for the 2026–27 season, Pam Iorio Garage parking is offered in two separate packages:
- Half A — 24 home games, September 20, 2026 through January 2, 2027
- Half B — 20 home games, January 14, 2027 through April 10, 2027
The second package will be offered later this fall. If you have purchased Half A, you will have the opportunity to purchase Half B when it becomes available.
Sold Out Lots
If the lot you are looking to purchase is sold out, please contact your Tampa Bay Lightning account representative directly — they will be able to advise on availability and alternatives. JustPark is unable to assist with this.
Step 1: Enter Your Access Code
On the Benchmark International Arena Parking page, click Enter access code in the bottom right corner (as shown in image).
- A popup will appear prompting you to enter your code.
- Type in your access code and click Continue to unlock your package.
Step 2: Select Your Parking Lot
Your package will display the available parking lots with their location on a map. All lots within your package are priced the same — choose based on distance or preference.
Review the walk time and distance from the venue for each option, then click Book Now on your preferred lot (as shown in image).
Step 3: Begin the Checkout Process
A new page will load displaying your Parking Package details.
The 'Event' dropdown when expanded will show the games included in your package.
Pay attention to the countdown timer — we hold parking packages for 10 minutes so you need to complete your transaction in that time.
Log in or sign up using Google, Apple, Facebook, or email to proceed
Step 4: Enter Vehicle Information
Some lots may require you to input your License Plate Number and State of Registration for parking validation. Please add this if prompted.
Click the Add button to continue - if not asked it is not required.
Step 5: Enter Payment Information
Choose a payment method (Credit Card, Google Pay, or Secure Checkout with Link).
Enter your payment details and click Continue.
Step 6: Confirm and Complete Purchase
Review all details, ensuring your email and vehicle information are correct.
Click Complete Purchase to finalize your booking
Step 7: Access Your Parking Pass
Once purchased, your QR Code Parking Pass will be generated and emailed to you.
You can print it, add it to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet, and view directions to your parking lot.
Make sure to present your QR code upon arrival.
Good to Know
- How many games are in my package? Full season packages cover all Tampa Bay Lightning home games (September 2026 – April 2027). Half A covers the first half of the season; Half B covers the second half. The number of games shown at checkout is correct for your package.
- All lots within your package are the same price. Choose the lot that suits you best based on walk distance or your preference.
- Your pass will initially show only the first game of your package. Don't worry — it updates automatically as the season progresses, so your next game will appear after each fixture.
- Logging in and managing your pass: You are required to create a JustPark account. From your account, you can transfer your pass to another user. Alternatively, JustPark support can facilitate the transfer for you.
- Transfers must be made one event at a time — bulk transfers for a whole package are not available.
- Lot changes are not available through JustPark. If you would like to switch to a different lot, please contact your Tampa Bay Lightning account representative directly — they will be able to provide an alternative access code if one is available. JustPark is unable to issue or share alternative lot codes.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
- The number of games at checkout doesn't match the full season — is that right? Yes. If you have a Half A or Half B package, checkout will show only the games in your half. This is expected and correct.
- My access code isn't working. Double-check you're entering it exactly as it appeared in your email. If it still doesn't work, contact support.
- I haven't received an access code. Access codes are issued by the Tampa Bay Lightning. Please reach out to your Tampa Bay Lightning account representative who will be able to assist.
- Didn't receive a confirmation email? Check your spam/junk folder.
- Issues at the parking lot? An attendant is on-site and should be able to help.
