🎟️ Ticketmaster App: Parking Pass Barcode Not Showing
If you purchased your parking pass through Ticketmaster and can see the pass in the app but the barcode isn't displaying, this is caused by a recent Ticketmaster app update. Here's how to fix it:
Option 1: Update your Ticketmaster app
- Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Search for Ticketmaster and tap Update if one is available
- Once updated, open the app and go to your parking pass — the barcode should now display correctly
Option 2: Use your confirmation email
When you purchased your pass, a confirmation email was sent to you with your pass included. You can use this at the gate instead of the app:
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email from JustPark or Ticketmaster
- Open the email and locate your parking pass barcode
- Show this to the attendant on arrival — it works exactly the same as the in-app version
