🎟️ Ticketmaster App: Parking Pass Barcode Not Showing

If you purchased your parking pass through Ticketmaster and can see the pass in the app but the barcode isn't displaying, this is caused by a recent Ticketmaster app update. Here's how to fix it:


Option 1: Update your Ticketmaster app

  1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
  2. Search for Ticketmaster and tap Update if one is available
  3. Once updated, open the app and go to your parking pass — the barcode should now display correctly

Option 2: Use your confirmation email

When you purchased your pass, a confirmation email was sent to you with your pass included. You can use this at the gate instead of the app:

  1. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from JustPark or Ticketmaster
  2. Open the email and locate your parking pass barcode
  3. Show this to the attendant on arrival — it works exactly the same as the in-app version
