Attending an event at the American Airlines Center? This guide covers everything you need to know about parking, entry, exits, and refunds to help your visit go smoothly.
π Parking Overview
- Parking is operated directly by the American Airlines Center.
- Parking passes may be purchased in advance via JustPark EventPass or during ticket checkout on Ticketmaster.
- Only AAC-operated parking lots are available for this venue.
π ΏοΈ Parking Lots & Availability
- Number of lots: Approximately 10 AAC-operated parking lots
- Availability may vary depending on the event
- Oversized vehicles: Not permitted
βΏ ADA Parking
- ADA parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
- ADA spaces are not available for presale
- A valid ADA placard or license plate is required
β° Parking Hours
- Lots open: 2 hours before the event start time
- Lots close: After the event, once vehicles have exited
Event start and end times vary by event, so we recommend checking your event details before arriving.
π¦ Entering the Parking Lot
- Parking passes are scanned at entry
- Handheld scanners are used by attendants
- No gate arms are in use
- Digital passes are accepted
- Printed passes are accepted and recommended as a backup
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are supported
π Exiting After the Event
- No scanning is required when exiting
- No gate arms are used
- Parking attendants will be on-site to assist with traffic flow
π What If My Assigned Lot Is Full?
If you are directed away from your original lot:
- Please speak with an on-site parking attendant
- You may be redirected to another AAC-operated parking lot
- Follow all signage and staff instructions
Redirection is only possible between American Airlines Center-operated lots.
π° Refund Policy
All parking sales are final unless specific criteria are met. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
π« Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of plans
- Weather-related issues (unless the event is officially cancelled)
- Late arrival or being turned away
- Booking errors (such as wrong pass type)
- Non-attendance
- Redeemed (used) passes
β Refunds may be approved if:
- The event is cancelled
- The event is rescheduled and you can no longer attend
- A system or venue error prevented parking access
- The lot was closed or full when it should have been open
- You purchased a replacement pass to correct an error
