🏁 Circuit of The Americas (COTA) Parking Guide
Welcome to the Circuit of The Americas! Whether you're attending a race, concert, or event, here's everything you need to know about parking, access, and on-site transportation.
🅿️ Parking Information
- All parking lots open 1 hour before gates.
- Cashiers are on-site 90 minutes before gates open.
- No overnight parking is permitted, except in designated camping lots.
- ADA preferred parking is available in each lot — just display your valid ADA hangtag for access to preferred sections.
Parking is first come, first served unless you have pre-purchased a parking pass via JustPark EventPass.
♿ Accessible (ADA) Parking & Shuttles
- ADA parking is available in all lots — simply show your ADA placard at entry.
- ADA shuttles are available on request. Text “ADA” to 69050 for assistance.
- Trams operate along the outer loop road that circles the track. From each lot, make your way to the loop to catch a tram.
🚫 Parking Restrictions
- No overnight parking (unless in designated camping lots)
- No tailgating or open flames unless authorized
- No oversized vehicles
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis with the venue. Common scenarios:
✅ Refunds May Be Approved If:
- The event was cancelled or rescheduled
- A lot was closed or unavailable
- You purchased the wrong date or lot and can provide proof of the correct one
- A technical issue or system error prevented access
🚫 Refunds Are Not Approved For:
- Change of mind or plans
- Late arrival or non-attendance
- Redeemed (used) passes
- Purchasing the wrong event or incorrect lot without proof
To request a refund, please provide proof of your booking and submit a request via the JustPark Help Centre.
📍 Getting to COTA
Below are directions from common routes to help plan your arrival:
- From I-35 North: Take exit toward TX-71 East. Follow signs to Circuit of The Americas Boulevard.
- From Austin-Bergstrom International Airport: Head east on TX-71, then follow signs for COTA Boulevard.
- From San Antonio: Take I-35 North, then merge onto TX-130 Toll North and exit at COTA Boulevard.
Follow all event signage and staff directions upon arrival. Please allow extra time for entry and traffic delays on event days.
