All parking passes purchased through JustPark for the FIFA World Cup 2026 are non-refundable.
⚠️ Important: Refunds will only be considered if the event
is officially cancelled.
In all other scenarios — including change of plans, late arrival, or booking errors —
no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Examples where refunds will NOT be given:
- Change of plans or deciding not to attend
- Buying the wrong pass, date, or venue
- Weather issues (unless the match itself is officially cancelled)
- Not attending the event for any reason, including illness
- Parking passes already marked as redeemed
