Fraud Warning: ParkHub payments showing on bank statements
🚨 Fraud Alert: Fake "ParkHub" Website
Warning: a fake site is posing as ParkHub. JustPark is the only official way to book consumer parking in the US.
We’ve been made aware of a fraudulent website pretending to be us: theparkhub[dot]com/shop. Please do not buy anything from this site — it has no connection to JustPark or our services.
❌ What’s happening?
The website theparkhub[dot]com/shop is a scam. They are falsely using the name "ParkHub" to sell products online.
Important: Our former US entity "ParkHub" has never been a consumer-facing brand. All consumer parking in the US is run only through JustPark.
✅ How real JustPark charges look
If you book parking with us, your bank statement will never show a charge from "ParkHub". Instead, it will display one of the following:
- The venue name – e.g. Mercedes Benz Stadium Parking, Rose Bowl, Greek Theatre
- The parking operator – e.g. LAZ Parking
- JustPark – for some sites like University of Hawaii or Reno Tahoe Airport
But it will never appear as "ParkHub".
🛡️ What to do if you’ve paid the wrong site
- Contact your bank or card provider immediately to report the fraudulent charge.
- Do not share personal or payment details with the fraudulent site.

- Use eventpass.justpark.com for venue parking in the US.
- Use justpark.com for reservations and pay-as-you-go parking (non-event).
