You will need an ADA parking pass and a valid DMV issued Vehicle License Plate and/or Placard for Persons with a Disability will be required to enter lot within specified area of general parking. No oversized or RV parking available at this time.

If you're looking for your parking pass, make sure you're on the correct platform!
JustPark EventPass operates separately from JustPark.com, so follow these steps to access your pass:

• ❌ You cannot use the JustPark app or the usual JustPark website to log in or manage your pass.
• ✅ You must use eventpass.justpark.com to log in and access your pass.
• 🔑 If you need to reset your password, reset it at eventpass.justpark.com/reset-password
• 📧 Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for your confirmation email.

📋 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once purchased, parking passes cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another date or venue.

• 🚫 No refunds for change of plans or deciding not to attend
• 🚫 No refunds for lateness or being turned away after lots close
• 🚫 No refunds for weather (unless the event is officially cancelled)
• 🚫 No refunds for booking errors (e.g. wrong date, wrong venue, wrong account)

✅ Refunds will only be issued if the event itself is officially cancelled by FIFA or the host venue.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

• 🎟️ Do I need a World Cup match ticket to enter?
  Yes. Drivers must show a valid match ticket on arrival. To keep your parking pass active, you must also purchase with the same email address linked to your match tickets.
• 🚫 Can I buy parking on match day?
  No, all parking must be purchased in advance.
• 🚧 Will there be road closures?
  FIFA and local authorities may impose closures. Watch your email and official host city pages for updates.

⏳ Parking Lot Hours

• 🏟️ Lots open: 4 hours before kick-off
• 🚪 Lots close: 2 hours after the final whistle
• ⛔ No overnight parking — vehicles left after closing may be towed

📩 Exact timings and your allocated lot will be confirmed via email closer to the match.

🚗 How to Enter the Parking Lot

• 🚦 Have your parking pass ready before arriving to avoid delays.
• ✅ If the gate arm is open, you do not need to scan your pass.
• 📲 Show your digital pass on your phone (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or email), if prompted by venue staff.
• 🖨️ Printed passes are accepted, but digital passes are preferred for faster entry.
• 📱 Some lots may use handheld scanners instead of gate arms. Just show your pass to the venue staff.

🚘 How Do I Exit After the Game?

• ✅ Most lots: Exit gate arms will be open, and no scanning is needed.
• 🛑 Some lots: Use a handheld scanner if directed by staff.
• 👷‍♂️ If no gate arm is present, a venue staff member will assist you.

🔄 General Rule:
✅ If there’s no gate arm, there will be a human.
✅ If you can’t find a human, there will be a gate arm.

📌 Will I Need to Scan My Pass?

🚦 For lots with a gate arm, there’s no need to scan your pass when entering or exiting unless the gate arm is down. Your pass will still work as long as you're within the valid time window.

If there's an attendant, they may scan your pass.
