Already Contacted Ticketmaster?
If you've already reached out to Ticketmaster directly about your parking pass refund, they will handle the process for you - no further action is needed. If you haven't contacted Ticketmaster yet, please continue reading below
Automatic Refunds (No Action Needed)
You'll automatically receive a refund if your event is cancelled. Ticketmaster will notify you directly and process your refund once the event cancellation is confirmed.
When to Request a Refund Through JustPark
Contact JustPark customer support to request a refund if:
- Your event was postponed or rescheduled and you can no longer attend
- You experienced a technical issue (e.g., didn't receive your parking pass confirmation email)
- You have another valid reason for needing a refund
How to Request Your Refund
- Contact JustPark customer support with your refund request (scroll to bottom)

- Your Parking Pass ID number
- Your Ticketmaster Order ID
- The email address used for your purchase
- Reason for your refund request

- JustPark will submit your refund request to Ticketmaster on your behalf
- Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method
- Processing times vary but you'll receive confirmation once complete
