Using My Pass

Ticketmaster Parking Pass Guide

🎟️ Buying and Using Event Parking via Ticketmaster (Powered by JustPark)

You can now purchase event parking with your event tickets directly on Ticketmaster. This guide explains how to buy parking, retrieve your pass, and use it on event day.

πŸ›’ Step 1 – Purchase Parking with Your Ticketmaster Order

  1. During checkout on Ticketmaster, scroll to the Parking section.
  2. Select your preferred parking lot and quantity.
  3. Continue to payment and complete your order.

Example: Parking appears in your order summary on the right-hand side.

πŸ“§ Step 2 – Check Your Confirmation & Email

  • After completing your order, you’ll see a Ticketmaster confirmation screen showing your event tickets and parking purchase.
  • You’ll also receive a confirmation email from Ticketmaster β€” this is sent to the email address you used at checkout.
  • Make sure the email address is correct β€” if you need to log in later to view your pass another way, you’ll need to use this same address.
  • The confirmation email includes a View Parking Pass button so you can open your JustPark parking pass directly.

🚨 IMPORTANT

If you need to log in to eventpass.justpark.com to view or manage your parking pass, you must use the exact same email address you used at Ticketmaster checkout when creating your JustPark account.

πŸ“± Step 3 – Accessing Your Pass from the Ticketmaster App

  1. Open the Ticketmaster app and go to My Tickets.
  2. Select your event ticket.
  3. Tap View Parking Pass to open your pass.

🚫 IMPORTANT – Do Not Use the JustPark App

You cannot currently use the JustPark app to view parking passes for US venues.

To access your pass, you can:

  • Click the View Parking Pass button in your Ticketmaster confirmation email or app
  • Open it from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (if you saved it there)
  • Log in at eventpass.justpark.com using the same email you used at Ticketmaster checkout

If you can’t access your pass, JustPark Support can resend it to you or transfer it to another person on your behalf.

🎫 Step 4 – Managing and Using Your Pass

  • Your pass will show your QR code and parking details.
  • Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet for quick access on event day.
  • You can also print your pass if preferred.

πŸš— Step 5 – Event Day Tips

  • Have your pass ready before you arrive.
  • Adding it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is the fastest way to show it.
  • Attendants work for the venue or stadium, not JustPark or Ticketmaster, and will have no record of your parking purchase β€” you must be able to show your pass to enter.
  • Do not use the JustPark app β€” it cannot display parking passes for US venues. You can show your pass by:
    • Opening it via the View Parking Pass button in your Ticketmaster email or app
    • Showing it from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (if saved)
    • Logging in at eventpass.justpark.com with the same email you used at Ticketmaster checkout
  • Follow signs and staff directions to your assigned lot.
  • Digital and printed passes are accepted.
  • No scanning is usually required on exit unless instructed.

πŸ› οΈ Troubleshooting

Q: I can’t find my parking pass

  • Check your Ticketmaster confirmation for a View Parking Pass button.
  • Open your Ticketmaster app, select your event, and tap View Parking Pass.
  • We also email your pass separately from support@justpark.com β€” search your inbox and spam/junk folders for it.

Q: I bought parking for the wrong lot

  • All sales are final through Ticketmaster, so lot changes are not guaranteed.
  • First, check if you can purchase a new pass for the correct lot directly on JustPark for this venue.
  • If you successfully purchase a new pass, contact Ticketmaster to request a refund for the original (incorrect) pass. As all sales are final, this may not be possible.

Q: My pass won’t load or QR code won’t scan

  • Refresh the page or try another device/browser.
  • If using Wallet, remove and re-add the pass.

Q: Can I get a refund?

  • No β€” all refund requests must go through Ticketmaster, as they process the payment.
