Q: My access code isn't working. What should I do?
 
If you're receiving a message like "Access code is incorrect. Please re-enter," it may mean your code has expired or presale access has closed. Double-check the original message for code timing details. Still having trouble? Contact support.
 
Q: Where do I enter my access code on the website?
 
Click the "Packages" tab to view season options. If you're on the Events tab, you may not see the season options. For easy access, use this direct link: JustPark Packages for MBS.
 

๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ Included Parking Lots

Q: Can I buy a season pass for any lot near the stadium?
 
Season passes are available only for MBS-operated lots. Third-party lots (e.g., YMCA, operated by AAA Parking) do not sell passes via this platform. Click for all Lot Info.
 
Q: How do I know which lots are included?
 
All eligible lots will be displayed during the purchase process. Please ensure you're selecting an MBS-authorized lot.
 
Q: What about a Mercedes-Benz Loyalty Pass?
 

The Mercedes-Benz Loyalty Parking Lot is located on Northside Drive between Magnolia and Rhodes Streets and closest to Gate 1 of the stadium. Limited spaces.

Q: Can I sell or transfer my season pass?
 
Direct resale via StubHub isn't supported, but you can transfer individual game passes. After the event date, the pass will revert to the original owner.

Q: Why does the Yellow Lot show a 1-minute walk time?

Q: Why does one event show a TBD date?
 
Sometimes events are added after a package is created and may initially appear with a placeholder date. Don't worryโ€”your pass will auto-update when the date is confirmed.
