Welcome to the ZooTown Festival in Montana! Below you'll find everything you need to know about parking and shuttle options for this 2-day event.

🚗 Parking & Shuttle Options

• ✅ Cars and shuttle passes available
• ❌ No oversized vehicles permitted
• ♿ ADA parking available
• 🅿️ 10 general parking lots available

⏰ Key Times

• Festival hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (each day)
• Lot opening: 11:00 AM
• Lot closing: 11:00 PM
• Car pass sales close: 6:00 PM MDT on the day of each event
• Shuttle pass sales close: July 4th at 1:30 PM MDT

• ✅ Digital and printed passes accepted

💰 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Please do not contact the festival venue for refund requests.

❌ No Refunds For:

• Change of plans
• Weather (unless event is officially cancelled)
• Booking errors (e.g., wrong vehicle type)
• Non-attendance
• Redeemed passes
• Late arrival or being turned away

✅ Refunds MAY Be Considered If:

• Event is cancelled or rescheduled and you cannot attend
• System or venue error
• Lot is closed/full when it should be open
• You purchased a replacement pass for a booking correction
