🔍 Finding Your Parking Pass

You’ll need to access your pass through JustPark EventPass, which operates separately from JustPark.com:

• ❌ Do not use the standard JustPark app or website.
• ✅ Visit eventpass.justpark.com to log in and view your pass.
• 🔑 Reset your password here if needed.

🕒 Opening & Closing Hours

• Parking Lots: Open 2 hours prior to event start time
• Venue Hours:
  28th June (Beyonce): Opens at 6pm
  29th June (Beyonce): Opens at 4pm

🚗 How to Enter the Parking Lot

• 📲 Digital or printed passes are required at entry.
• ✅ Handheld scanners will be used to validate all passes.
• 💳 Apple Wallet & Google Wallet are supported.
• 🚫 No gate arms are used.

🚘 Exiting the Venue

Attendants will be present to assist. Follow signage or instructions. There are no gate arms at exit.

🚨 Please allow extra travel time and drive cautiously.

🎫 Pass Scanning Information

✅ Yes – Scanning is required. Staff will use handheld scanners at entry.

You can use:

• 📱 A mobile pass via email or Apple/Google Wallet
• 🖨️ A printed copy of your pass

📋 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled case-by-case and require approval by NRG Stadium.
Please submit any refund requests through JustPark for review and escalation.

🚫 Refunds are generally not issued for:

• Change of plans
• Weather issues
• Late arrival
• Booking errors
• Used passes (marked as redeemed)

✅ Refunds may be approved for:

• Event cancellation or venue rescheduling
• System or venue error (must be verified)
• Lot full or closed
• Unredeemed, corrected bookings

All refund cases are collected weekly and reviewed with the venue.

♿ ADA Parking & Shuttle Info

✅ ADA parking is available.

ADA Locations:

• Blue Lot 20 and other designated areas throughout the site

Shuttle Service:

• 🚌 Shuttle from Gate 2 (Metro Gate) and Orange Lot to the stadium entrance
• First come, first served – ADA placard required

🚐 Oversized Vehicle Information

• ✅ Oversized vehicle parking available
• Lots available include Gates 13 & 16
• ❌ No special passes are required for oversized vehicles

🍔 Tailgating Rules

🚫 No tailgating is allowed

• ❌ No open flames or charcoal grills
• ❌ No gas grills
• ❌ No spot-saving for groups

• ⚠️ Citations, towing, and booting are active at this venue
