π Finding Your Parking Pass
If you're looking for your parking pass, make sure you're using the correct platform.
JustPark EventPass operates separately from JustPark.com. Here's how to access your pass:
- β Do not use the JustPark app or standard website.
- β Go to eventpass.justpark.com to access your pass.
- π Need to reset your password? Use the same site: Reset Password
- π§ Donβt forget to check your email (including spam/junk folders) for your pass confirmation.
β³ Parking Lot Hours
- πͺ Zoo closes to public: 1:00 PM
- π· Event admission opens: 4:00 PM
π Plan ahead! The Zoo will not be open for general access during the event.
π How to Enter the Parking Lot
- ποΈ Show your digital or printed parking pass upon arrival β no scanning required.
- π² Visual checks only: Venue staff will verify your pass visually.
- β Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and PDFs are all accepted.
π« No gate arms or scanners are in use for this event.
π How Do I Exit After the Event?
β No scanning or gate arms on exit.
Guests are free to leave once the event concludes. Please drive carefully and follow any on-site signage or staff instructions.
π Will I Need to Scan My Pass?
π No scanning is required for this event.
Passes will be verified by visual check only β both digital and printed versions are acceptable.
π Refund Policy & Eligibility
All sales for this event are considered final. Please note the following:
π« Refunds Will Not Be Issued For:
- Change of plans
- Weather-related issues
- Late arrival or entry refusal
- Booking mistakes
- Passes already marked as redeemed
β Refunds May Be Considered (Case-by-case):
- Event cancellation or rescheduling
- Verified system/venue error
- Lot unexpectedly full or closed
- Customer rebooked correctly and original pass is unused
Note: Refunds must be requested before the pass is used (unredeemed).

ADA-accessible parking is available in all zoo lots.
No fees apply for vehicles displaying a valid disabled parking placard.
