Customer Guide: Pratt and Whitney Stadium
ποΈ What You Need to Know
If you're parking at Pratt and Whitney Stadium on game day, here are the key details to ensure a smooth experience.
π Finding Your Parking Pass
If you're looking for your parking pass, make sure you're on the correct platform!
JustPark EventPass operates separately from JustPark.com, so follow these steps to access your pass:
- β You cannot use the JustPark app or the usual JustPark website to log in or manage your pass.
- β You must use eventpass.justpark.com to log in and access your pass.
- π If you need to reset your password, make sure you reset it on eventpass.justpark.com
- π§ Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for your confirmation email.
β³ Parking Lot Hours
- π£οΈ Parking opens: 11:30 AM
- πͺ Exit gate arms close: 11:00 PM (2 hours after the event)
β° Plan ahead! If you're still inside the lot when gate arms close, you may need assistance from venue staff.
π How to Enter the Parking Lot
- π¦ Have your parking pass ready before arriving to avoid delays.
- β If the gate arm is open, you do not need to scan your pass.
- π² Show your digital pass on your phone (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or email), if prompted by venue staff.
- π¨οΈ Printed passes are accepted, but digital passes are preferred for faster entry.
- π± Some lots may use handheld scanners instead of gate arms. Just show your pass to the venue staff.
π How Do I Exit After the Game?
- β Most lots: Exit gate arms will be open, and no scanning is needed.
- π Some lots: Use a handheld scanner if directed by staff.
- π·ββοΈ If no gate arm is present, a venue staff member will assist you.
π Rule of thumb:
β
If thereβs no gate arm, there will be a human.
β
If you canβt find a human, there will be a gate arm.
π Will I Need to Scan My Pass?
π¦ For lots with a gate arm, thereβs no need to scan your pass when entering or exiting unless the gate arm is down. Your pass will still work as long as you're within the valid time window.
If there's an attendant, they may scan your pass.
