If you bought your pass from StubHub, another resale platform, or a third-party seller, weโ€™re unable to provide support directly for those passes. In this case, you will need to reach out to the reseller for assistance.

  • Contact StubHub or any other reseller you purchased from. They typically have dedicated customer service teams who can help resolve issues related to your purchase.
  • Be sure to have your order details and transaction information ready when contacting them for quicker support.

JustPark is the booking platform for your parking pass. We can help with:
