🚫 Can’t Help with Resale Purchases
If you bought your pass from StubHub, another resale platform, or a third-party seller, we’re unable to provide support directly for those passes. Please reach out to the reseller for help.
🧐 How to Get Help from Resellers
- Contact StubHub or the reseller you purchased from — they have dedicated customer service teams who can assist with your order.
- Have your order confirmation or transaction details ready when contacting them to speed things up.

If you purchased your pass directly through eventpass.justpark.com , JustPark can help with:
- 📧 Finding or resending your parking pass
- 🔁 Transferring your pass to someone else (if allowed)
