๐Ÿšซ Canโ€™t Help with Resale Purchases

If you bought your pass from StubHub, another resale platform, or a third-party seller, weโ€™re unable to provide support directly for those passes. Please reach out to the reseller for help.

๐Ÿง How to Get Help from Resellers

  • Contact StubHub or the reseller you purchased from โ€” they have dedicated customer service teams who can assist with your order.
  • Have your order confirmation or transaction details ready when contacting them to speed things up.

โœ… Need Help with Your EventPass?

If you purchased your pass directly through eventpass.justpark.com , JustPark can help with:

  • ๐Ÿ“ง Finding or resending your parking pass
  • ๐Ÿ” Transferring your pass to someone else (if allowed)
  • ๐Ÿ” Reviewing issues after the event, including refund eligibility

Please note that JustPark is not the parking lot operator, so weโ€™re unable to assist with:
