How do I check out as a guest? + How do I access my account if I checked out as a guest?

🧾 Guest Checkout on JustPark

Don’t want to create an account right now? No problem. You can book parking quickly and easily using Guest Checkout.

🚀 How to use Guest Checkout

  1. Make your parking selection (date, time, location).
  2. At the checkout screen, choose “Checkout as a guest.”

You'll be asked to enter your email address:

🔁 What happens next?

  • If your email hasn’t been used before:
    You’ll confirm your name and phone number and proceed to add your vehicle details and payment method.

  • If your email is already linked to an account:
    You’ll be sent a one-time login link via email, valid for 10 minutes.

📋 Managing your booking

If you need to cancel, change, or access your booking details (like directions), you’ll need to log in. Every booking—guest or not—is linked to the email you used at checkout.

🔐 Want full access to your account?

If you booked as a guest and now want to manage your bookings or use JustPark more often, you can set a password to upgrade your guest account to a full one.

Here's how to log in and set a password:

1. Click Login in the top right of the homepage.

2. Select “Login with email”

3. Click “I’ve forgotten my password”

4. Enter the email address you used at guest checkout

5. Follow the email link to set a password and access your account!

💡 Tip:

Once you've created a full account, your past bookings will appear automatically as long as the email matches.
