Welcome to the JustPark Help Center for Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). Whether you're paying on arrival or managing a session, here’s everything you need to know.


🅿️ Reserving a Space in Advance

You can now reserve a space in the Long-Term Garage at Reno-Tahoe before you travel.

🔒 Reserved spaces will be located on the second floor and roof of the Long-Term Garage.
🪧 Spaces are not marked individually — just find the first available spot in those areas when you arrive.
❌ You won’t be able to reserve a specific space.
⏰ Travel weekends get busy, so we recommend booking early to secure a spot.
💸 Reservations come with free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking starts

💰 Refunds and Cancellations

  • ✈️ How do I get a refund if my flight is cancelled?
    If your flight is cancelled and you didn’t use your parking session, you can request a refund here. Please include proof of flight cancellation if possible.
  • 🚫 What’s the cancellation policy?
    Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking starts to receive a refund to your original payment method. No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice are automatically refunded.
