❓ Why Can’t I See My Parking Pass in the JustPark App?
If you've purchased a parking pass and can't find it in the JustPark app, don’t worry—your pass is safe! 🙌
🚫 Your Pass Won’t Appear in the JustPark App
- The JustPark app does NOT support EventPass bookings, including season passes and single-game passes for venues like Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
- Even though you purchased through JustPark, your pass is managed via a separate online system.
✅ How to Access Your Parking Pass
- 1️⃣ Log in to your JustPark EventPass account:
👉 eventpass.justpark.com/login - 2️⃣ Go to My Passes to view your bookings.
- 3️⃣ Select your event to see your pass, QR code, and transfer options.
📧 You’ll also receive your pass by email after purchase—check your inbox if you need quick access!
📱 Pro Tip: Add Your Pass to Your Phone’s Wallet
For easy access on event day:
- Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet” from your pass details.
- This saves your QR code to your phone for quick scanning—no need to open emails on the go!

If you’ve checked your EventPass account and email but still can’t find your pass:
- 📧 Double-check your inbox (including spam/junk folders).
- 🔄 Log out and back into your EventPass account to refresh your passes.
