🔄 How to Transfer Your Parking Pass for a Single Game
If you can’t make it to a game, you can transfer your parking pass to someone else. Follow these simple steps to send your pass via email.
📌 Steps to Transfer Your Pass
📍 Step 1: Access Your Pass
- 1️⃣ Log in to your JustPark EventPass account and go to My Passes. (🚫 You cannot use the JustPark app for this)
- 2️⃣ Click the Events tab to view your upcoming bookings.
- 3️⃣ Select your event name to open your pass details.

🎟️ Step 2: Start the Transfer Process
- 1️⃣ Click Transfer Pass at the bottom of your pass details.

📩 Step 3: Enter the Recipient's Details
- 1️⃣ Enter the recipient’s name.
- 2️⃣ Enter their email address.
- 3️⃣ Confirm the email address.
- 4️⃣ Click Transfer Pass to complete the process.

⚠️ Important Notes
- 🚫 You cannot undo the transfer once it is completed.
- 📌 Ensure you send it to the correct email—we cannot modify transfers.
