I can't pay with Google Pay

Having Trouble with Google Pay?

We’ve noticed that some students using @hawaii.edu email addresses are experiencing issues with Google Pay while trying to pay for parking through the JustPark app. This may be due to the University of Hawaiʻi’s Google Workspace settings.

Important: If Google Pay doesn’t work, try using a personal Google account or another payment method like a credit/debit card.

Next Steps

We’re working with the University of Hawaiʻi IT team to address this issue. In the meantime, you can:

  • Link a personal Google account to the JustPark app to enable Google Pay.
  • Use a credit or debit card for your payment.
