How do I manage my payment method?
You can either pay by credit/debit card or in some cases via Apple or Google pay.
You can remove a payment option from your JustPark account using the instructions below. If you have a long term or monthly rolling booking with upcoming payments then your account will need a new payment source before deleting the existing one.
Removing or adding a payment method
To manage your payment methods, log in to JustPark from a computer and follow the steps below. You can manage your payment methods by going to the Billing → Payment Sources of your account:
- Click Delete alongside the payment method you would like to remove
- Click Add Credit/Debit Card to add the new payment card information to your account
To manage your payment methods, log in to JustPark on iPhone or Android and follow the steps below. You can manage your payment methods by going to the My Account of your account:
- Click the X icon alongside the payment method you would like to remove
- Click Add New Card to add the new payment card to your account
Note: It's only possible to add and remove payment methods from the My Account section of the app, although you can choose to add a new payment method on the checkout page when you book.
