Why Can’t I Purchase a Pass?

We know how thrilling events can be, and we're here to make sure you have the best time ever! If you're having trouble buying a pass, it might be because of our cut-off policy, which usually kicks in at 3 PM on the event day. This helps us keep everything running smoothly.

NOTE: Don’t worry! You can still buy a pass at the venue if there’s availability. To increase your chances of securing a spot, we recommend arriving at your earliest convenience, as passes can sell out quickly. This may come at a different price.

Limited Availability: Our events often have a limited number of passes available. Once we reach the cut-off, we can no longer sell additional tickets, even if the passes have not been sold out.
