I bought the wrong pass

If you bought a pass for the wrong date/venue/event, we may be able to help create a pass for the correct one, but it depends on the venue and availability. 

Please create a support ticket and tell us what venue/event/date you were supposed to book and we will try to help.

Note: If your event is happening in less than 24hrs time, you may need to purchase a correct parking pass so that you can attend.
