Are parking passes refundable?

Our parking passes for events, are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
Parking purchased on a partner website or as part of a parking package are non-refundable. 

What if the event is cancelled or postponed?

If the event is cancelled or postponed, we will automatically move your pass to the new date once this is confirmed by the venue. We will confirm this to you via email.

What if I cannot attend the new date?

You can transfer your pass to someone else. See our guide on transferring passes: I want to transfer my parking pass
