What if I can't find my location

First, check your parking pass for the provided directions and description of your parking location. GPS will guide you to the general vicinity of your spot.

If you tap on 'Directions' (image below) directly from your pass in your confirmation email, you'll be routed directly to the facility entrance via the navigation app of your choice (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze).

You can also go to the venue's website and they should have a guide on parking lot locations. We have a directory of venues you can access that may help. 

Remember, the parking facility is saving a space for you, so you should do everything in your power to get to the correct location. JustPark cannot not offer refunds in the case that you couldn't find your reserved facility, nor if you opted to park elsewhere.
