I can't make a booking
There could be a few reasons why you can't make a booking - these are some common causes:
- You did not complete your purchase before the 10 minute timer ran out. This then releases your pass back to the inventory. You should select the pass again and then complete check out before the 10 minute timer expires
- Check you're not using an outdated browser. We do not support Internet Explorer versions older than 11. You should be fine to use Safari and Firefox, but we do recommend Chrome
- The parking passes could have sold out during your check out process, you should go back to parking selection, reload the page and make sure the option you wanted is still available
If you encounter any other error, you should go back to parking selection, reload the page and try again
- If you still cannot make a booking and it is urgent (event beings in less than 24hrs) contact us on chat (available in the bottom right corner of the help center), or phone 888-894-9196
- If your event starts in more than 24hrs time, you can email us at support@justpark.com or you can create a customer support request through our Help Center.
