I can't find my confirmation email
If you can't find your confirmation email or you have never received it, first, check the 'My Passes' section in your account to make sure the booking went through.
Once in your account, you can view your pass. You can't resend it to your email, but you can add the pass to your smartphone wallet or print it out.
Please check your spam or promotions folder, as certain email servers will route the automated confirmation email with your pass there.
