I've lost my parking pass
All parking passes are emailed to the email address on the account that bought the pass.
You can also access your parking pass from the website as long as you're signed in under the same email you booked with.
- If you checked out as a guest you will need to create an account to see your purchased passes
- If you can't remember your password you can follow the I've forgotten my password guide
Once logged in you can select 'My Passes' from the menu to see all upcoming & past purchases.
If you don't see your pass, double-check that the email you're signed in under matches the one you made the purchase with.
If you are still unable to find your pass, submit a request and our team will investigate for you.
