Why does my statement say "recurring charge"?

There are no recurring charges or membership fees with JustPark EventPass, you only pay for what you book. Charges are instantaneous at the time of booking, even if the parking pass itself is some date in the future.

The "recurring" note on your statement is your bank's interpretation that your card is on file with our payment processor. That allows us to bill your card without having you input your information each time.
