How do I cancel my JustPark EventPass?

Our parking passes for events, are not eligible for cancellation. Parking purchased on a partner website or as part of a parking package are non-refundable.

What if the event is cancelled or postponed?

If the event is cancelled or postponed, we will automatically move your pass to the new date once this is confirmed by the venue. We will confirm this to you via email.
